I as sleep better and have less pain in the morning

Seems to actually grounding you. But haven't noticed any changes in how i feel or sleep. My biggest complaint is how much it shrunk up after washing it. I got the queen sized one for me and my wife and now it's too small to use.

Update: Have used this a few weeks and washed it. It's definitely better than nothing. Lots of good about it. My additional thoughts:1. Soft enough, but for the cost of one flat sheet it really needs to be the size of a King flat sheet; when you purchase a King or whatever size disclosed, it should be the typical size of a King and not only lay on top of the King as the image shows.I raised it from 2 to 4 stars, because it tested as working properly with two different professional meters below I washed it using no detergent.And... even without grounding it, the sheet blocks RF fairly well.2. There's no tag sewn into the sheet disclosing the actual materials used. The ad and pamphlet says organic cotton and silver fiber, but what kind of silver fiber? Is it only silver coated fiber, or actually Sterling wire/thread?If a person needs only organic cotton and true .925 Sterling silver against your skin for health purposes, that's something to consider.With that being the case, in a week of legs and arms touching the sheet I haven't had any reaction. It's rather difficult to keep in place or wrapped around me, given it's size and my tossing / turning during sleep.3. Pay attention to the dimensions and the photo that shows how this sheet only lays on top of the mattress shown. It will not tuck.On my regular King mattress (NOT a California King), it barely covers the top of the mattress when laying it flat. It definitely will not stay there while sleeping if a person moves around much at all.There's no way to tuck it in, and it's really not large enough to use any type of straps to hold it down from underneath the mattress.SELLER: If you know of any straps that will work with this, please let me know and provide links.4. If the point of grounding sheets working correctly is having contact with the skin, not being placed under another sheet, then how is anyone getting actual health benefits by using it under other sheets?This should be made to fit around a mattress and stay there during use, to work properly during sleeping. Or larger for use as a top sheet. That's my thought.Unless...5. Is this only meant to be used as a top sheet? I cannot imagine. If so, I would think the grounding cord would be problematic and get wrapped around limbs or someone's neck. Yikes!That wouldn't be good. The ground cord would also get yanked out of the ground outlet, very easily, when used as a top sheet. At least with me. Who doesn't move when sleeping? There's no way it's meant as a top sheet. Is there?I want to love this and have it work for me. It may, on a twin. I don't sleep on a twin. Do you?I have tried the application for use top sheet without the ground and I can tell that for me it makes a difference.However, I'm also using it with all digital devices and Internet, turned off and unplugged, away from the bed, and tried it (tested it extensively) while under a RF canopy. I didn't need it grounded, given I'm under the protective canopy. The sheet helps as another layer.Now for washing it, it seems to have shrunk and the color or the "silver" threads are darker. I washed it on cold and air dried then dried on delicate just to fluff it.When testing with the meter afterwards, it shows only one washing did alter the blocking / grounding effectivenes. Could that be from outside factors? I'm not sure.It's still better than using nothing, I believe. However, for the price I would prefer a darker color and that it be large enough to fit the bed.

The product itself is pretty good, but the paperwork sent along with the product offers a lifetime extended warranty. However, when you fill out your information, you get an error page in return. Sounds suspicious to me and I would not recommend giving them your contact info.

I rarely write reviews, but had to share my personal experience with this grounding sheet. Sleeping soundly is a problem I've had for several years. It was getting so bad I had to resort to regular nasty sleeping pills. I hate taking them, but they work. I heard about the grounding/earthing mat on Paul Wallis' YouTube channel (a great channel to listen to!) and he said the grounding mat helped his sleep apnea. So I ordered the mat, and also got this grounding sheet. The mat was okay, but this sheet is amazing! I've had the BEST sleep I've had in years, never once got up to go to the bathroom (and at my age, that's a miracle!) and woke up at 6 AM, ready to get up and start my day.For the reviewers who complained that it only fits the top of the bed, yes, you can see that in the picture, the size of the sheet matches the size of the top of the bed (for me, 80x60 for queen bed). Get creative! I attached sheet garters to each corner of the sheet to go under the corners of the mattress. These have 3 clips for each corner, and they help stabilize and position the sheet perfectly. Well worth the extra 10 bucks.I sent the mat back because it was not as effective, and don't really need both. This grounding sheet is a life saver for improving sleep, and deep sleep, too. Oh, and my back pain is improving better too!Don't hesitate, get this grounding sheet, and buy a set of sheet garters as well. Your body will thank you for it!! :-)
