This is a great little device. Let me start out by stating that you should manage your expectations here. This thing was $12 at the time of purchase, and it's smaller than the tip of my thumb. Keep those things in mind, do not expect sound that rivals your fancy name brand audiophile headphones or your home theater system, or even a decent set of computer speakers, or even the ear buds that came with your phone. To put it bluntly, the sound quality is not as good as any of these things. You shouldn't expect it to be. It's cheap and tiny.This arrived in a small, plain plastic box, containing only the headset and a USB charging cable. That is all. No documentation or instructions or even a brand logo printed on the box. Thankfully, it's not that hard to figure out. There's probably documentation to be found somewhere on the internet but I chose to fumble with it for a couple minutes. There's only one button, how hard could it be, right?This thing is just fantastic for discreetly listening to an audiobook, podcast, or watching videos or something, without disturbing those around you. Music sounds tinny and washed out. Calls are pretty good. The person on the other end had no complaints, but I found the volume a bit on the low side even after turning it up all the way. Still not unusable as a call headset, just not quite as easy if you're speaking to someone with a soft voice or bad connection.There is one button. Rather simple. Everything is a combination of pressing and holding, or simply pressing and releasing the button. To turn it on, you press and hold for about 4 seconds. If there is no device paired yet, it will enter device pairing mode. Go into your phone settings, select the S530, and it pairs. Press and release the button once it will pause or play whatever you're listening to. Press the button twice in quick succession and it will call the last number on your call log. Press and hold for somewhere between 2-3 seconds and it will change languages (figured that one out the hard way myself). Press and hold for 4 seconds and it turns back off.There may be more functions, but that's all I've figured out so far.The device fits my ear excellently. Very snug, does not want to fall out, even if I shake my head around or go for a jog. However, I got my girlfriend to try it, and it appears to be too big for her ears. The tip doesn't "wedge" into place on her ear lobe the way it does on mine, no matter how she tries to wiggle the device or her ear about. It's just too big for her. I would call this a "one size fits most" item, rather than one size fits all.This is not an in-ear earbud style, noise canceling fit. I like it that way. I can still hear what's going on around me, but be discreetly listening to something while out in public. There are no blinking lights to indicate that it is on, or that you're listening to something, or that you're taking a call. There is a blue LED that indicates powering on, and a red LED for powering off, but these turn off immediately after those processes are complete, and seem to be there only to let you know it's turning on or off if you don't have it in your ear while doing so.All in all, a great device, and it will exceed your expectations as long as you aren't expecting a miracle.

Item i charged onetime, i didn't know how long to charge it,due to no instructions or lights to show you when charged but it worked before charging. I charged it for several hours and i unhooked it late at night and it said battery low as i had obviously left the earpiece on, so i started charging it at 9:22am today and at 10:55 i unhooked it and it would no longer turn on. I could have bought a small blutetooth at a big box store for $10 but i didn't like the in ear ear bud. This product worked fine for the 1 minute i tested it after i got it. My usbs work as i charge my phone off same usb hub so it's obviously the earpiece that is defective.

Great Bluetooth earpiece. Had some problems with the language setting but was able to fix with some trial and error. Range was good and charging time was decent. Incredible price for what it is. Unfortunately it went into the washer and dryer, so word of warning, small and easy to lose or end up in the laundry if stored in pockets. Great item, buying again.

The sound is very good for such a small device, but it hurts my ear after wearing a while and it keeps losing bluetooth connection for no reason. I wish I would have ordered one that is comfortable in both ears and normal mini USB charging port.

A great value. It works well. Has decent sound. Pairs easily. Fits comfortably and relatively securely in the ear. I've had several compliments on how neat it is. And it's very affordable. One of the best choices in its class.

it work for a few weeks and after that ...... it started getting hot in my ear when I used it .... so I had to stop using it .... wish that I can get a refund ..........

Quit charging after two charges. The charger prong that inserts into the device stopped connecting to the internal charging mechanism after only two charges.
