TLDR: Designed especially for the smallest of splinters and slivers. Easy to carry.I First heard about these tweezers over a decade ago from someone who now would be called an influencer. I have a few other things that were recommended by him and they all served me well. These sliver grippers are the best for tiny things stuck in the skin.I have the traditional nail care kit tweezers which are mostly useless and I also have a few tweezers that fit inside a pocket tool. The pocket tool sized one works for most things, but when something is so small that you can only feel it and can't see it, this baby shines!The other day I ended up with a splinter in my foot within seconds of waking up and was still unable to see for the most part.I could feel it in my foot with my hand . I was able to get the tiny splinter out within a matter of seconds. I did have to use a few different approaches, but that is more of a reflection of the splinter and user and less on the tweezers themselves.I noticed some reviews mentioning that the product packaging/accessories are slightly different than what they received. I received items identical to the photos: 2 Sliver grippers in a plastic zipper bag with a product info card. Each gripper came with a keychain attachment.I currently have one living rent free in my first aid kit and the other i plan on adding to my Every day carry configuration so i always have it.I am so thrilled with the purchase and wish i had gotten them sooner.Five stars because it works and is portable.

Some have said they changed etc. I have not owned a pair before so I can't attest to that. But I can tell you these are great. pointy gets in tiny grooves cuts etc. gets the tiniest hairs or whatever it is your trying to remove with ease. my old pair were cheap and extremely frustrating, not these. When I first got them I like them so much I was trying to find things to pluck on my body ha. Anyway these I highly suggest, they are high quality not some cheap metal from China, these are made in the USA and it shows.

I bought these for a small med/first aid kit that I carry around every day. Actually haven’t had a sliver in quite some time and got one while moving from one house to the other. Lo and behold….the tweezers worked to get the tiny hut formidable piece of wood from my finger! I bought 2 for a couple different kits and glad I was able to test them soon after getting them.

SCAM. Came with no keychain in a small very cheap and flimsy plastic tube, as opposed to the keychain ring advertised in both the pictures and description. Zero replies from their support about the matter. Will return them.The tweezers themselves looks good, although they tend to break hairs you're trying to pull. No slivers currently so couldn't test them for that purpose.
