These stones are great. I use them for home spa days. They hold heat really well and feel great on a thin layer of clothing. The difference sizes are a plus as well.

I use to help relaxed muscles/ reduce pain. I boil hot water in a pot and add the stones for a couple of minutes. I use kitchen tongs to take the out the water and put them in a soup bowl with handle and lid to take them to a room right before use. You can put the on yourself but easier if someone helps you. I put stones over clothes or towel because they are hot. Cons : I never received the instructions via email and I did reach out and got a response that it was a holiday and never received instructions. Over all I am happy with the product and do use as needed
