A little goes a long way with this. I have very fine, thin-stranded hair, so I cannot use heavy products. This was light and I used 1-3 sprays all over my hair while wet. When I used any more than that it would get a bit greasy. When used in the proper amount it left my hair soft and reduced the amount of frizz and fly-aways. I will buy this again.
