The product image is misleading, it shows the content of one dose and then mentions it has 180 capsules. This tricks u into thinking that dosage is for 1 capsule whereas it is for 2 capsules. They cleverly mention 800 mg epa and 600 mg dha without mentioning that this is the count for 3 capsules.

I didn't feel any effective changes in my health, normal like all other marketing brands, my skin still dry, my eyes, the cholesterol still hight.

The product I received has no IFOS certification and the serving amount is 3 softgels, not 2 as shown in the pic. Don't buy this, others had the same issues

As a biochemist who studies retinal degenerative eye disease for a living, I can tell you how important it is to be taking a good fish oil supplement, especially if you have a family history of eye disease. Beyond that there are soooo many other reasons that it's good for you. That being said, I've also been burned by fish burps which can make it very unpleasant. For the last 6 months or so, I've been taking Dr. Tobias' brand fish oil (which you can also find on Amazon) and those have been great. No fish burps. I saw an ad for these for the same amount of pills and the same promise of no fish burps for a few dollars less and decided to give them a try. So far I'm a big fan! You can see my side by side comparison with the other brand in the pictures. They are large pills (most similar products are this large as well) but they go down very smoothly. While I've only been taking them for a week, so far I like these even better than the other brand and will probably switch over because of the lower price. I can definitely recommend them if you're in the market for a good fish oil supplement! I purchased these at full price.

Be warned! The serving size was secretly increased to 3 softgels from 2 softgels to get the same amount of EPA and DHA. The same bottle of 180 softgels used to contain 90 servicing, now only 60 after dilution. What is shown on the Amazon web (90 servicing per container) is not what I got (only 60 servicing per container). It was not how I brought it last year. Very disappointed this time!

The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no fishy after taste

Very good value for the money. No burps, easy to swallow for me, but maybe not for some. If so, swallow with a mouthful of water.
