How to Use ? 1. Wash cast iron by hand with mild soap or none at all 2. Dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel 3. Rub with a very light layer of vegetable oil, preferably while the cookware is still warm 4. Hang or store cookware in a dry place 5. Avoid Rusting need know the Cast Iron Common Sense. 6. Do not leave moisture in the griddle, it will rust.

Fits Big Burner Really Well on Glass Cooktop
This pan is a great fit on the large burner of my electric glass cooktop. It heats very evenly and fits many of the things my square cast iron pan fits, but without the wasted heating of the corners.

Missing the red handle pad.
My shipment did not include the red pad for holding the skillet. Skillet was good after seasoning.

Loving my griddle ❤️
I truly like how I can use this cast iron both on top or in the oven, and even on the grill. The only down side is how meat can quickly stick to the griddle but some good old fashion olive oil can fix!

Meh.. Not the worst but not the best either.
Was missing handle gripper. Much more small and shallow than portrayed in advertised pice on the site.

rust problem !!
need to order the silicone handle…..more recent 1 month in and problem with rusting….says pre-treated, we wipe clean, never left wet, used only for heating tortillas but rusts quickly ! not sure why rusting !!! not too happy !!
