I've used this product for years now. Every time I feel even an inkling of chest congestion or nasal draining I will start using it. It has prevented bronchitis for years with me because I used to have it just about every single year. I credit it with helping me through many winters without getting sick. I had my son take it with him to Europe as well in case he got sick! The fennel is really the secret to boosting the guaifenesin, and you don't get all the chemicals like in other OTC products.

We combined this with nettles leaf capsules and my daughter was able to get off of inhalers and stopped having chronic lung infections and asthma attacks. She used it for a year 2xday and then took the summer off and returned to it in the fall (for allergy season) and the winter (infections) and stayed well!. . . that's in combination with good diet changes as well

So I gave the product four stars because I didn’t want to knock it for no good reason. I really can’t attest to its effectiveness because I couldn’t take it more than once. After the first time I took it I was so wired I felt like I was on crack cocaine. Not that I ever had crackle cane but I can just imagine. This is like drinking 10 cups of espresso in a row. I would not take this past 12 o’clock in the afternoon because it will have you up at night all night. I only took half of one pill. The recommended dose is two pills. Two pills must be like torture. If I ever thought about taking this again I would take a quarter of a pill in the morning. I wish they could make a product like this that works without the speedy effects. While I’m writing this review one of the star ratings is for flavor. That’s a little ridiculous because any medicine like this will taste like $*&!

Enzymatic Therapies was purchased by Nature's Way, so the product being shipped has a different label than shown. That wouldn't be a big deal except that the product appears to no longer be gluten free or wheat free. And, it doesn't seem to be working as well for me, so it's possible formulation overall has changed and ingredient sources. I've used this product for 15 years, so am very disappointed. Seller needs to update the photo.

I have suffered with sinus infections for most of my life and am allergic to antibiotics. A naturopath recommended this while I was in the midst of an infection that had been going on for 3 months (no joke). This quickly began to dry up the infection and I was recovered about a week later. Now when I begin to experience congestion I start to take it and within 24-48 hours it is gone. Great product!!!
