I'm very pleased with this dice tower and can unreservedly recommend it. It's large-enough to handle weightier average-sized dice and give them a good roll, but without being too large to carry to a gaming session hosted elsewhere. It folds up nice-and-compact. The tray has a good depth, so dice don't bounce out of it. It is magnetised in multiple locations to keep the tower in place relative to the tray, whether open or closed. It has a nice, clean appearance - no over-the-top visual "theme" - and is made of real wood rather than mdf or acrylic. Slight negatives are as follows: the tower opening is a little narrow so you've got to be a bit mindful of where you're casting your dice, the tower is a little wobbly even though it's magnetised so I manually added a small shim to tighten it up, and it's a touch loud for my taste when using larger dice. I quietened the sound of my tower by lining the inside of it with sticky-back neoprene. For this money, you're obviously not going to receive a handmade hardwood "heirloom" quality dice tower, yet I still find it attractive in its understatedness. I've been seeking the right dice tower for awhile - you won't find better on the market in this price bracket.

Grinning Gargoyle seem to be coming up trumps with style and quality for a low price for geeky gaming and RP products; so far I have bought miniature paints, metal dice and this dice tower and I've been more than happy with them all!They're also a small UK based business too, so I'm proud to support them.As for this solid dice tower, it folds away nicely, boasts their great GG logo and their Grinning Gargoyle dice roll beautifully in it!

It's very well made and the detail is lovely. But the magnets on the side to keep the tower upright are not strong enough, so while it stays upright it wobbles alot and leans with its own weight. It's still very usable though.

Bought as a gift. Rolling tray was well made with a gorgeous finish. My only issue would be a slightly rough edge on the sharp edges of the box

This is a lovely looking and crafted item but the small magnets then hold the vertical piece to the horizontal are not strong enough and it is prone to wobbling and falling down. A physical connection would be significantly better.

Does what it says on the tin

The media could not be loaded. I love the tower itself, but as I demonstrated, the magnets holding it up are not very strong. Even without the matt, anyone reaching across the table could easily knock it down. Not a major flaw, I suppose. And as you can see, I rolled a natural 100 on my first try!

Bien construida, sólida y espaciosa. Se nota la madera (tenía otras torres de dm) y lo de que se pueda "compactar" está genial para que ocupe menos y no se llene de polvoComo únicas pegas, hay que tener en cuenta que hace un poco de ruido (tiene un fondo de fieltro, pero los dados repiquetean por el interior al tirarlos, a mí no me molesta pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta) y que la boca es un poco estrecha y hay que tirar los dados poco a poco.Aún con esas, la mejor torre de dados que he tenido.

E' praticamente perfetta. Semplice, leggera, robusta, elegante, portatile, compatta e smontabile. Inoltre non costa nemmeno troppo. Cosa volere di più?

Très bon et beau produit mais il manque un système pour maintenir la tour une fois érigée. Une petite pichenette et hop elle tombe en arrière, c'est dommage.
