The watch is 30m water resistant which means it can withstand light splashes and rain. It cannot be worn in the shower or while swimming.

This is an Automatic Watch and relies on the movement of the wrist to keep it running. If you leave it off for extended periods of time it will eventually stop. If you wear it for about 8 hours, it should give you about 20 hours running time before it stops.
