[Neulii] Greentea BHA Pore Tightening Serum

Green tea is one of the BEST things you can do for acne, trust me! I've done a ton of research on acne as I am an esthetician and treat people with acne all the time. Some studies show that it out-performed BPO and topical antibiotics without any irritation, or negative side-effects. The reason you may not hear it commonly used for treating it by derms is that it is a natural substance, is easy to formulate and is not something that can be patented (can't patent a natural substance), so therefore pharmaceutical companies which are a huge driving force in the medical field, aren't interested.I was searching for a green tea serum without silicone(s) and with added exfoliants for keeping the pores clear, and this fits the bill. The salicylic acid in it is in a more 'raw' form (Willow bark) which is where salicylic is derived from. The only negative is that it contains alcohol, but it is not the 'SD' form or 'Isopropyl' form and I do not feel that it is dying. I am using it and love the way my skin looks and feels. I'm 46 and still battle oily skin prone to congestion and breakouts. This I would recommend using in the morning after cleansing, and letting it absorb for about 3-5 minutes before applying any other serums. It is an excellent price and has other good ingredients in it. Korean skin care is some of the best!

I got this as a sample w/some stuff I ordered. I spread my sample across 2 usages (an pm, & an am). It's hard to say definitively, after just 2 uses, but I loved what I saw. I've ordered a bottle & I will update after I've had more time w/it. But so far, SOOOOO good!

Lame. The mailing box was in fine condition but the product box was opened on both sides and the product was damaged. The top was crooked and the serum had been leaking out the top. I will be returning this.

This was one of the more unusual beauty products that I've tried recently. I have large pores especially on my nose and chin and I have oily skin, so I was drawn to the name of this product - BHA Pore Tightening Serum. The ingredient deck is pretty good including BHA and green tea. It has an excellent concept which is the reduce pore size and contract pores by removing excess sebum. Trapped oil in pores do make them appear larger. The product is excellently packaged. Feels luxurious. The actual product is dispensed via a pump. It's a clear serum. Given that it's a serum, I thought that it would be applied after cleansing and toning. WRONG! You need to follow the instructions as per manufacturer. After cleansing, and BEFORE toning, you apply this to the skin. This was a bit strange to me as I felt that applying toner afterward, may remove the pore tightening serum that I just applied. However, I still follow instructions, but I wait a couple minutes before using my toner. It do feel a slight tightening effect as it dries. One pump is more than sufficient to cover the entire face surface area and it dries pretty fast. At first, I was confused as to what to expect this product to do. But after about 4 days, I looked at my skin and realized that my pores do look a bit more compact. I was really surprised because not many products that promise to help with pores actually do. I will continue to use this product and I was happy to be able to purchase it at a discounted price for testing and review purposes. It's worth a try and very very reasonably priced compared to other pore tightening products on the market.

AMAZING!! I put Neulii's pore tightening serum into my routine as soon as I got it in the mail and I was blown away. As someone who has huge pores around the cheek and nose area this stuff is a miracle in a bottle. With just one application my pores were barely noticeable, with two applications my pores were gone! After a full routine, a primer, and makeup my face was smooth and airbrushed, simply flawless!! This serum is never, NEVER, leaving my routine. The only con is that there is a strong alcohol smell during application, but it quickly vanishes. Overall this product gets 10 stars in my book!

I'm 50 years young and my pores seem to be enlarged because it seems my skin is oilier with body chemistry change. As soon as I saw this offered, I knew I was going to try it. I am pleasantly surprised to see my pores tightening. It's a rather thin serum and feels just a tad sticky. JUST A TAD....but after I apply it, before my toner, I can feel my face actually tightening a little bit. Not a dry, cracking type of tightening, just mildly. I wanted to give this product a fair chance before I left a review. This is my 9th day of use and there is a noticeable difference. This contains BHA-Beta Hydroxy Acid. Something I've never used. I'm glad it's working. I had no irritation or adverse reactions from this. I will continue to use this product.I received this item at a discounted price in exchange for my HONEST review.

I absolutely love this product! It makes my face and neck very smooth and appears to really eliminate the small lines and wrinkles.I did receive this product at a reduced price for leaving an honest review

Ok, first things first. This product will mattify your skin and to some extent, shrink pores. I used it for months and was happy with the effects. But as my skin started to normalize and produce less oil- the effects of using several products to remedy this issue. This product become too intense and would dry out my skin something fierce.Now I really only use it under makeup and never in combination with sunscreen. It doesn't make the sunscreen pill, but it there's any mattifying agent in you sunscreen, this will amplify the effects.
