So happy with results
I've been going to the gym for a while and eating much better, but I was looking for an extra little kick. I started using these on recommendation from fitness vloggers and I'm so happy with the results, I wasn't expecting much honestly but I'm so pleased. Finally down to 58kg (I was stuck in the 60s for so long)
