First, let me say I am not a believer in homeopathy and when these were recommended to me I thought “no way these can possibly do anything!” But I tried them, feeling like I had nothing to lose, and found to my surprise that, for me, they worked! Really helped with the waking up in the middle of the night/racing thoughts situation. They may not work for everyone, but they are worth a try.

This is the only product of many, many, many that I have tried that helps me sleep naturally. It has no alcohol, no fogginess waking up and is all natural!

I have an overactive imagination - and at night I sometimes cannot get my mind to SHUT UP so I can sleep. That's when I turn to these wonderful drops. They usually work within about 3-5 minutes. They are not drugs or habit forming, and I love them. After hubby had a full knee replacement last summer and stopped taking the drugs for pain, he used these to fall asleep at night - it calmed his knee muscles down enough that he could drift off without resorting to the prescription stuff.

I ordered this product after reading several reviews and was very impressed so decided to give it a try. Not the right product for me. Instead of helping me sleep it seemed to keep me even more alert and I had trouble sleeping for a week while taking this. Will not use it anymore and will probably just have to throw it away.Once I had noticed that it was making me worse I decided to look at the ingredients - sure enough, one of them is for alertness!!! Why would that be an ingredient in a sleep aid medication is a mystery to me.Definitely do not recommend this and wish I had known and not bought three boxes of it!!

What I love about these tiny pills is that you can take them at any time in the middle of the night and they will really do the trick of getting you back to sleep. They won't make you feel groggy in the morning even if you take them late in night. Sometimes, I do need to take 2 though.
