Great book!
Iv always eaten healthy my entire life. I am an A blood type and naturally was drawn to how an A should eat. In recent years Iv gotten bogged down with all of social media telling us to EAT MORE MEAT!! I tired that and hated it lol. And I wasn’t seeing results in lousing the 10 pounds I wanted off. I remembered a Dr. I respect said he followed the blood type diet. I searched it online and figured I must be an A ( because I honestly couldn’t remember). Turns out I am, as well as one of my sons who is drawn to more produce then my other O family members! Lol This is a great cook book that gives pretty simple meals and snacks that keep me feeling balanced and calm:). It was pretty affordable and easy to follow. I also have the 0 cookbook for other family members and I love those because I just switch out a few things here or there to accommodate my way of eating. I’m not crazy about following every single vegetable that I’m supposed to eat but this way of eating/ living/ working out gives me a nice guideline. I don’t worship the blood type diet but I can appreciate it:) oh and Iv lost 4 pounds in a couple weeks of eating this way so that’s been nice! You’d think eating meat and low carbs for me would have helped get some weight off ( especially because I was working out more pushing myself), but it didn’t and I actually just felt heavy and hungry. Great cookbook!

Great Book
When you begin your Eat Right for your blood type health journey and your naturopath gives you a little booklet of what you can eat and what you want to avoid, this cookbook is a godsend. It gives easy recipe's and you don't have to keep checking each individual ingredient off your list.
