Ok, so after my 1st update, I was contacted by the seller. They wanted to make things right, and honor the lifetime warranty... hence they sent me a new bag! I guess there was some sort of mix up, so I didn’t receive my replacement. I have it now... I’m happy... will update to make sure it holds up...****Changing my rating... after a month or so my bag began to tear just as the other reviews said... I contacted the company since they advertise lifetime warranty and was told they were out of bags but would send me a new one when they were back in stock... image my surprise to see they are back in stock after my waiting over a year and I have yet to receive my new bag... ****I have been on the hunt for the perfect lunch bag for months. I've brought and returned at least six. They were either too small or way too big. This bag is the perfect size. I work 12 hour night shifts, so I like to take my dinner, dessert, snacks, breakfast, & drinks with me. This bag fits everything! I read all of the reviews before buying. Some people said that their handles started ripping. I haven't had this problem. The bag is sturdy, well designed, and roomy. I only wish it came in other colors or designs. The price is also decent. I've seen some bags in the $70 range that don't fit have of what this one does. A++ bag.

I have spend 2 hours trying to find a way to contact them. Amazon customer service gave me a link but it doesn't allow me to contact Mojecto . I still use the bag but wish the zipper worked. I would not recommend purchasing this product. If it breaks after the 30 day return period you are out of luck trying to get a replacement. I will be looking for another lunch bag.

At first was shocked at how big the bag is but decided to use it anyway. I've since come to love the size because I can fit a water bottle or tall mason jar inside. It has pockets on the outside edges for water bottles but sometimes I take things that I want to keep cold (milk, iced tea, etc). Since using this, I no longer carry a purse. I put my wallet inside one of the outside pockets (1 side has a zippered pocket) & the other size it large enough to carry papers, folders, etc without bending. I've taken this when I know I'm going out to eat because I can store my left overs inside. I use this with the 18-Hour Ice Block Pack available on Amazon & they're great together. The ice pack lays down on the bottom or can be propped up along the sides or in btw foods to keep them extra cold without taking up much room.

As a student nurse, this bag is perfect. It has tons space to hold all sorts of healthy food options, while keeping them at temperature long enough so that I am not forced to choose a less than ideal grab and go option. Storage in the front holds all kinds of utensils and paper goods, and the back pocket is convenient for keeping something on me to read. The two side pockets give me the ability to carry water and coffee, both are musts for being constantly on the go. The shoulder strap makes it easy to keep my hands free with all the other materials that I need to carry. Great lunch bag!

I highly recommend this cooler bag. I bring this to work with me 5 days a week. it fits all my bottles and still has room for food containers as well. This is a very well designed bag with additional bottle pockets on each side of the bag. I love the outer zippered pockets that I can safely put my tablet and reading materials in.This seller is amazing! I experienced a slight problem with my bag. I took some pictures and sent to the seller. I received a very quick response and a few days later I had a replacement bag. The no hassle warranty is a great selling point and should give you the confidence to at least give this bag a try for yourself. You have nothing to lose with this seller's excellent customer service.

Nicely made with lots of storage. This is one lunch carrier that will last! It is not cumbersome either...in fact, my son uses it for everything and loves it!I am purchasing another or two as soon as possible for my husband and youngest son. I wish this company made a portable container when shopping in this heat.
