No other "magic sand" or the likes of compare to the original branded kinetic sand. Don't waste your money on imitations just go straight for kinetic sand it's easy to clean doesn't get stuck in carpet, does stain some fabrics though so beware but that's only with colours like red.

They should tell people it's so washable. I have to admit, this i bought for me, lol wanted to make a mould but not just that, wanted to play with it, ergo the fun pink lol great for kids too btw lol

Turned my kid into a smurf!
I usually LOVE kinetic sand because it's so easy to clean up! The shimmer stuff though is pure evil masquerading as sand! Stuck to every bit of his clothes and even stained his skin blue, by the time he had finished playing he looked like a dusty smurf! Had to put him in the shower!! What's even more annoying is it got mixed with his regular kinetic sand meaning I had to bin the entire lot! Fuming!!

Love love love kinetic sand. Kids play with this for hours and if it gets on the carpet you can just vacuum it up. Good value for money too and a lovely colour.

Dry sand - Don’t buy
This kinetic sand (teal) is dry and is not fun for the kids to play with at all. It’s not like the other colours.If it was the first kinetic sand I’d have ever bought I would never buy it again. Fortunately it’s not and my kids love the stuff but thee is something wrong with the teal sand formulae. If I’d bought it from a shop, I would have taken it back for a refund
