Not worth the money
I bought this item because the Forskolin product I had been using isn't available.I am not happy with this product nothing is happening, and I have been taking it as directed, I am eating less and the right kind of food and I gained weight.

VERY STRONG HERB THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE, BUT BE CAREFUL!!!
This is a very powerful herb, so please be careful with what you mix this with. Per WebMD it interacts dangerously with Aspirin, Naproxen, GinkgoBiloba (my observation), and other blood vessel dilating Rx drugs and herbs. I took two pills on the day I received it around 4 p.m., and it caused me much dizziness later that evening because I had also taken Aspirin, Naproxen, and Ginkgo Biloba that day. I was alarmed, but I slept very well that night, and the next morning I learned more about it online at WebMD. Take it from me, this herb is very effective when taken orally, and I now am very aware and/or cautious of its side effects, and of ITS STRENGTH..

Forskolin supplement
My daughter and have both been taking forskolin supplements. My daughter is using this brand and she has lost 2 lbs since starting it 6 days ago. She has not made any other changes to her routine. She stated that she has noticed more energy as well. I have been taking a forskolin supplement by a different manufacturer and have not had the same results, so I will be trying this brand instead.
