Ender 3 Hotend Ender 3 Pro Hotend 24V 40W Full Assembled Extruder Kit Accessories with Silicone Cover for Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer

A full replacement for the extrusion head on my ender 3 pro. Was as easy as removing the old broken one, and putting this one in its place. A short leveling later and I was right back to printing with no other real tuning needed. Very easy, and near indistinguishable in quality from the previous one.

I had issues with my original nozzle and heating block and was able to completely replace with this hot end for the same cost, or less, than buying a block and nozzle. It does have the same (non-standard) thread size as the OEM, (M6x0.75) which is good for any OEM nozzles. It would be nice if it used the more standard thread to increase available options for nozzles, etc. But it was super easy to install and route the wires and the print quality is just as good as the original. It seems like the tip of the nozzle is slightly higher than the original one, so the clearance of the part fan is extremely close to the top of the printed part. I'm worried it will hit the printed parts and I was able to move it up slightly to create a few additional mm's of clearance.

Fixed my issues with nozzle clogging on aftermarket all metal hot end. This one works just as good as the OEM did, if not better.

So, I replaced this part on my Ender 3 S1, and I could not get it to work properly, but I have no idea why.I think it had something to do with not properly sensing the temperature, but I am not sure.When I tried to print, it put down thin lines of filament, but they were too thin, or as if the hotend was too close to the bed. Never just right.I tried changing the brass nozzel, but it did the same thing.I tried over and over to level, but no luck. I did not want to mess with the temperature, since I would have to do that for everything that I printed from existing .stl files, and I print things regularly I spent several hours trying to get it to lay down a bead of filament properly, and finally gave up.I have owned quite a few 3D printers over the years, so I sort of know what I am doing.So, I ended up buying the whole Sprite extruder assembly from Creality, installed it, leveled, and it worked perfectly.So, to me it seems like it was a temperature accuracy issue, but I am not 100% sure about that.

This looked like an amazing deal. $23 and same day shipping. Perfect to swap out my heat end to finish printing a project. I installed it the same day I ordered it.But I never was able to print anything. No matter what heat I put it at, it would not heat enough to smoothly feed PLA (yes, PLA) through a 0.2mm nozzle. I sent in a replacement request. I hope this one was just defective.EDIT: The first one must have been defective. The replacement came a day later and has been working beautifully since installation.

Had to replace old head due to bad Filiment. This replacement is great ! Works good and no install issues.

Everything is as described. One hotend with the thermistor and heating element attached, and the Capricorn Bowden tube as well. Installed easily, but.... The Bowden Tube is way too short! I had to replace the very short Bowden tube with a much longer one for the CR10. Be sure to have extra bowden if your not using an Ender series. The extruder is nothing fancy. It works, the nozzles are cheap, but they will last a month or two depending on use. If it was my printer I would replace it with a MicroSwiss all metal extruder but this is a client repair so......

I started receiving a thermal runaway E1 error two days ago due to a loose thermistor. Design flaw of my previous hot end head block, no retaining screw.Anyway…Received this item in the mail today. If you know what you are doing, this is a reasonably quick and easy install. Hot end heats up quickly and holds the set temp with no real deviation to note while testing. Levelled the print bed and completed a test print. Works perfectly!!I recommend this product.Thank you for reading my review!Andrew

Für einen Metallextruder günstig im Preis und die Haltbarkeit ist bis jetzt gut. Schon einige Stunden gedruckt und noch keinen Ausfall gehabt.
