Their customer service was great, though
This lock does exactly what you expect it to! Sometimes it requires a little jiggling and/or pulling to get things set right or to get the lock apart, but I've used it for the past 3 weeks (I commute daily to work) and it hasn't failed me yet.It seems to be a common issue, but the package came without the screws needed to attach the mounting piece to the bike. Their customer service was great, though, proactively reaching out to me about this known issue before I even realized the screws were missing, and immediately shipping them to me when I confirmed that they were missing. I received the screws within a day!

One Star --> Three stars
After using it for a week, it cannot be opened anymore. Don't buy it.--Update: I raised from 1 star to 3 stars. Though the first trial of the product was very disappointing, they gave me a really good impression on their customer service. They contacted me right after I left the review, sent me a new product and also gave me a full refund. I will see how sturdy the new one is and update later again.

Lock jammed after 1 year. Useless. Buy a different lock.
The lock jammed. So much for specifically being designed to never jam. The lock is now stuck on my bike and useless. Please someone from customer service contact me and send me a free lock and I'll update the review to 5 stars. When it works it's a great lock but, no lock should jam after less than a year of very gentle use.

STEER CLEAR: lock becomes more and more difficult to open with each successive unlock
This is a very poorly made lock which frequently takes multiple attempts to open. The tumbler and pins became loose almost immediately and this required jiggling the key to open the lock. With each successful unlock, the key became looser and looser. Finally, one day the lock refused to open and it took over 20 minutes of poking and prodding the pins to get them to unstick and realign the center post around the key to open it. I threw it in a trash can 5 seconds after I unlocked it this last time. This is absolutely not worth the discount. Avoid at all costs.

Broke the very first time I tried to use it.
Lock broke the very first time I tried to use it. Besides the fact that it didn't come with instructions (which is fine for the most part, I mean it's a lock) AND didn't come with any screws to mount the thing to my bike, this would all be acceptable, except for the fact that the first time I put my key in, one of the pins fell out! I wasn't rough, I lined up everything before I inserted the key... I wiggled it around a bit, and it didn't budge at all. I took the key out to see what was wrong, and a little brass colored pin fell out. Couldn't believe it. I bought it based on the reviews, which are mostly good, so maybe I got a defective one or something. Either way, it's not worth the trouble to return, I'm probably just going to chuck it and get one from Walmart. Caveat Emptor.Attached is the picture of the lock sans pin (opposite side of where the notch on the key should fit) and the pin sitting on my table.

Lock broke in less than two months. I'm one of the lucky ones, though. Mine broke when the lock wasn't on anything. Have you read the other reviews? I feel for the people who had the lock fail while their bike was locked to a rack. Save yourself a headache and don't buy this thing.

You get what you pay for
Arrived within deliver date, had my cyclist buddy help me install it and he said this can be picklocked with a bic pen. not worth getting your bike stole.

DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK. NO NO NO.
Literally the worst Amazon purchase of my life. My bike is currently locked, the lock has broken (a pin inside it broke after four uses) and my bike is trapped-- locked to a bike rack where I work. I had to get a taxi home, and my bike is stuck to a rack. DO NOT BUY THIS. I am going to have to find and pay someone to break the lock or pry it apart of cut it-- I have no idea. But this bike lock is turning into the most inconvenient and expensive bicycle accessory of all time.
