I received the product yesterday, but it looks wore out and be used before, also the size is too small, need a L size.

I had to look at the photo to make sure I was wearing it correctly. I have been kind of obsessed with my skincare since I was 15years old. I was doing anti-aging prevention in high school. I have managed to keep fine lines, wrinkles and crows feet at bay. I'm 43 and people mistake my age for mid to late 20's, my husband is 7 years younger than I am.My family has a history of a horrible double chin, regardless of being heavy or slim. So 'lucky' me, I inherited the dreadful flesh pillow around my neck. Over the years I have tried several things to help and they were all unsuccessful. I am excited about the anti wrinkle face slimming mask. Wearing it feels different than anything I've ever tried. I have worn it twice now, both times for a few hours. It does feel like my face is changing. I will continue to wear this and I will update my progress.

The seams of this, over time, left red wounds on my skin when worn overnight. Is there latex in it? Also, ran small. Would not go into the right position or stay in right placd
