Never a big fan of healthy snack bars but converted by the Boka range, which are now part of my dietary regime

Having recently gone on something of a health kick (thank you lockdown belly) but not wanting to totally get rid of all the good stuff in my life, I grabbed a box of these cereal bars to see how they would be.The box comes with 16 bars and in two flavours, apple and cinnamon and strawberry, both of which are apparently coming in at under 1.4g of sugar and under 90 calories per bar.The apple and cinnamon one was nice, pleasant scent of cinnamon, moist, and not offensive on the taste buds, but very subtle in flavour. The same can be said for the strawberry (except for the cinnamon scent of course), neither are exactly flavour packed, but they do fill a bar shaped hole in your day.Not bad, but not great...

I was attracted to these bars because they're low in both fat and sugar. I therefore was not expecting them to taste so sweet. They have artificial sweetener in them and seem to have gone overboard with this. The apple and cinnamon one is just about bearable but the strawberry one is over sweet and sickly and leaves a nasty after taste,

Just the right amount of crunch, the right amount of chewiness and the right amount of sweetness. Very nice flavours and the whole family loves them. Very pleased.

These were okay, just way too sweet for me! I think maybe it's the inclusion of sweeteners such as sorbitol and sucralose, which I don't appreciate the flavours of. The strawberry in particular I found quite cloying. There's also a large proportion of oligofructose syrup and glucose syrup which add to the sweet flavour. The texture is fine, though I wasn't keen on the crispy bits.Overall, these are fine. I feel a lot of the 'green lights' come from the size of the bars, which are quite small. I wasn't particularly satisfied after eating them and would have eaten more than one at a time if they weren't so sweet.

I really wanted to like these but the taste is awful - they are too sweet - the artificial sweetener is so strong in them that it overwhelms you.I tried them, the 10 and 7 year old tried and then we palmed them off on family members and friends - noone would eat them after the first bite as the taste is so bad.I cant recommend these

So the description states these are:-Mixed flavour pack of cereal bars, pack of 16 x 30g bars. Guilt free - low in sugar, salt & fats, high in fibre | Breakfast Treat or lunch Snack… (The fruity one).If you like mcdonalds apple pies you will love the apple n cinnamon flavour ones. I opened the packet and asked 4 people with there eyes closed and they all said the same without looking.They’re super low in sugar, fat, saturates and salt. Only 90 calories per bar. Is a win win really.The strawberry ones smell more like it than taste.But both are going down a treat with my family. Because what I've notice is they are easyer for kids, but also oap's to eat becayse they are soft to chew.My whole family liked them. I'm the only one who found it too sweet tasteing for me but that's probably only because I don't like sweet things much being diabetic aswell.But it's thumbs up from us.

These are yummy. Both flavours are quite strong and not synthetic tasting, and the bars are lovely texture. My only gripe it I want them to be bigger!
