Staining stabilizer, but not effective remover.
I have a shihtzu maltese with a bit of tear stains around his muzzle. I feel like it doesn't remove stains, but maintains the hair from staining too much. I might experiment with other products and see if those are more effective. The formula doesn't smell nasty and gentle.

Good but not great
Been using this for my malti-poo the last couple of months. It definitely keps his eyes clean but does not eliminate the tear stains totally even with daily use.
