I'm a 51 year old male. Due to a combination of my history in the military, weight lifting, running, and a lot of work outside, I've experienced mild to moderate knee joint pain for about 6 years. Like many, I've found that taking Glucosamine Chondroitin daily helps my body replenish fluid in my knee (and other) joints and decreases/eliminates the pain.I've tried many brands over the years and all worked for the most part. I found this brand on Amazon two months ago and though I'd give it a try as I had run out of my regular brand about 6 months ago and was feeling joint pain in my knees again working outside on the tractor this past spring.I’ve been taking Actif Join 4-in-1 for 2 months now. This is THE BEST Glucosamine supplement I’ve ever used! Only two caps daily, no knee or joint pain any time, even after being on the tractor or bobcat all day. Recently I was working outside all to for two days straight moving top soil. I was in and out of a Bobcat (Bobcat loader has foot controls that work the ankle and knee joints substantially) and truck from sun up to sun down (83 loads of topsoil moved). About halfway through the second day it occurred to me, "I have the agility and spring in my step that I did when I was in my twenties". In and out, up and down, No pain at night or in the morning.I've never experienced this when taking other Glucosamine brands. At the end of a day or two like this, I would be feeling the pain in my knees.I've found my last brand of Glucosamine Chondroitin. I'm placing my second order today.

great product. makes my pee smell like fish when I take 2 a day. I can take up to 6 fish oil pills a day before that happens. works great. Might cut back to 1 day and supplement with fishoil pills

I have no doubt this is a good product. BUT it has 100 mg of fish oil in it, and they are fishier than my omega supplement that has 1280 mg.

I can't say enough how important it is to have all these 4 ingredients for arthritis pain. Miracle pills! I had a severe problem with my meniscus in both knees. The pain was so bad I literally couldn't sleep. This joint supplement is among the most effective I have personally used, and it appears the key is in the mix of fats that produces the most relief for most of those seeking it. I am rather surprised this is not a more popular joint supplement on Amazon, frankly. I have tried products from several others, including Omax and others, and this seems to be the most effective for those seeking relief from overused joints.
