The light cream colored fleece cover is a Polyester & Nylon blend made out of American made medical grade polyester fleece. The foam pad is encased in a plastic cover that helps keep the cushion sanitary. The pad helps create an even weight distribution to help prevent bed sores. Synthetic fleece naturally keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The fleece cover two sided and is washable (see instructions).
