Scala Men's Wool Felt Campaign Hat

First the positive: Am pleased with the quality of the product, as this brand has always had a good reputation. It is pretty much a carbon copy of the one my DI wore in boot camp. It has the look of authority. Now for the negative: I received this hat in a plastic bag and it came crushed and out of shape. There is no excuse for this lack of care in packaging. The last one I ordered came in a box in good condition. Fortunately, I was able to reshape it with steam and place it on a flat surface to dry. This should not happen. Otherwise, am very satisfied with the product.

This hat is exactly what I had crossed my fingers, hoping to receive: sturdy and well made.

Definitely on the smaller / tighter end of the range quoted.

Very disappointed in packaging. Hat arrived in a shipping bag. As a result the hat was crushed and brim was bent. Had to take it to be reconditioned as we did not have time to wait for return process. The hat itself is decent quality and fit as expected.

It was slightly smaller than advertised, so I was unable to keep it. The individual who received this has informed me they are very pleased. Despite this, the item has good quality.

This was for a friend, so I'm going off of what he said. He measured for the correct size and ended up between sizes, so not much to say about that. However, the hatband is made from a cheap feeling material and we're trying fix that. He really wanted a fun rain/winter hat so it might not be much of a problem anyway. He has bought this brand in other styles and likes the quality.

Well the hat meets expectations. Amazon packed it in a nice non protective bag so it was bent and had to be taken to a hat shop to be straightened. Way to go Amazon. It's called a box!
