I'm a total sucker for pumpkin spice everything, and this Starbucks by Nespresso Vertuo Pumpkin Spice coffee is no exception. I was a bit skeptical about trying a seasonal flavor in a single-serve cup, but I'm so glad I gave it a shot. The flavor is spot on - it's got all the warm spices you'd expect from a PSL, but it's not overpowering. The coffee itself is rich and smooth, and the crema on top is perfect. I've been drinking it every morning for the past week and I'm not getting tired of it. I love that it's so easy to make - just pop the capsule in my Nespresso machine and I've got a delicious cup of coffee in seconds. The packaging is also really cute, which is a bonus. What really sold me on this, though, is the price. I've been comparing it to Nespresso's Pumpkin Spice Cake flavor, which I also love, but this one is significantly cheaper. I mean, who doesn't love saving a few bucks on their daily coffee habit? It's a great value for the quality and taste you get. My only complaint is that it's a limited edition flavor, so I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to get my hands on it. If you're a fellow PSL lover, I'd definitely recommend stocking up while you can.

I love the rich smooth light flavor. I really have enjoyed the blonde roast as it’s consistently good. Though it’s a guilty pleasure due to the cost, it’s so convenient to pop one in and brew. More often than not, I haven’t needed to add sweetener or creamer. It’s super easy to use, too. Overall, I recommend giving it a try, it’s the only coffee we buy right now.

Good coffee in a Nespresso Virtuo capsule. It’s a nice choice if you like the Starbucks roasts and Nespresso machine.

Pike Place Roast has quickly become one of my favorite Starbucks options to brew at home. It hits a really pleasant balance—rich and full without being too bold or too light. Right away, I noticed a distinct toasted grain note, which gives it a warm, approachable character. The mouthfeel is velvety and satisfying, with a smooth, full-bodied quality that reminded me of high-end Puerto Rican coffee. It’s not the most complex roast, but it’s consistent, comforting, and solid—perfect for everyday drinking. Also worth noting: the Nespresso version is far superior to the Keurig one I tried the day before. The flavor here is fuller and more refined, and it’s become a dependable daily brew in my rotation. Great value, great cup!
