I am currently training as a coach and love these cards. They're easy to use and great to get the coaching conversation started.

As a new coach in training, I have found the MBM G.R.O.W coaching cards to be incredibly helpful and insightful. These cards have been a game-changer in my coaching journey, providing me with a structured and effective framework to guide my sessions.The G.R.O.W model is clearly explained, and the prompts on each card are thought-provoking and easy to use. They have helped me ask powerful questions, facilitate meaningful conversations, and support my clients in achieving their goals. The quality of the cards is excellent, and the design is both professional and user-friendly.I highly recommend these coaching cards to anyone looking to enhance their coaching skills, whether you're a beginner like me or an experienced coach. Great set of thought provoking cards that help my coachees work through their sessions by visually seeing the questions. Well made and great value for money for any coach.

Handy size cards that can be transported for use very easily. I like the numbering and colour coding idea. Great way to start the conversation. Although the G.R.O.W. model is not used so often these days, anyone starting a career in coaching or a manager will find immense pleasure in its fun and informative presentation and ability to achieve great results. Even using this pack as a self coaching tool I have been amazed at how quickly my options have revealed themselves to realistic workable way forward I knew the answers all along just needed to have the guiding words to get me there!A bit pricy for what I received compared to the picture description advertised which was different. However I will be using this tool box with colleagues on a regular basis.

Brilliant! I have been using these cards to reinforce the learning on my Level 5 Coaching course. They are great!

For less than £20 these cards offer good value for NLP practitioners. My set came in a plain box that ripped when I first opened them - however this might be a because they are a sample rather than a finished product. Just take care when you open them, in case this is the way in which they are presented.There are a handful of advertisement cards (I counted 15 that I threw away) but most the cards are part of the pack. They are well finished with a glossy coating, such as that you’d expect from quality playing cards.I’m not sure how useful the prompts actually are as playing cards, and how they are better than just having a crib sheet on A4 paper. This is particularly true as NLP is conversational and the questions would be woven through that conversation - you wouldn’t pick out a card and randomly ask it.I just don’t think cards is the best way of presenting this information.

The media could not be loaded. As an experienced coach and facilitator I would absolutely recommend these cards. They are a fantastic resource and can help add structure and professionalism to your coaching conversations. Great for leaders in every field!
