Was seeking a video conferencing system for a local club that had limited funds but due to the new world of virtual meetings we had a need to provide virtual meetings for in-person events. Was apprehensive about trying this system compared to the large brand names. Very pleasantly surprised. This system works perfectly at a fraction of the cost of the name brand ones. We stream our meetings using Teams and this works perfectly with it. Even with a large room with 50 people in-person, the virtual attendees are able to hear the conversations flawlessly using only the main mic/speaker. We thought we would need to place the included additional mics throughout the room, however we found that not to be necessary. Additionally, that single mic/speaker base, provides a large amount of clear sound that fills the room. There is a remote with presets. So if you have main speaker podium, and then perhaps an attendee QA podium, you can set presets on the camera. Press 1 to move to the speaker, press 2 and it will move to the attendee. Very useful. You can also manually move pan the camera if someone randomly in the audience were to need focus. Overall, a great buy. The only downside is that we do not have a permanent location for our club meetings so we rent various halls. We need to be mobile with our system so we purchased a separate hard case with the foam lining and made a custom carry case for this. The system has NO means to transport it other then the original box which is cumbersome. It seems it is not really meant to be setup and broken down constantly like we do, however it works great for that. Very easy to setup and break down. If you are on the fence on this VS a name brand that is twice the price and you are asking yourself can it really do what the other systems do, yes it can.

The San Jose branch of AAUW (American Association of University Women) needed a video conferencing system to do hybrid board and committee meetings. I'm a member/volunteer. In the midst of buying Logitech's Group system I noticed a "recommended" from Amazon for the Tenveo Group All-in-One, which was hundreds of $ less. It has a 30 day free trial so we bought Tenveo to try out. Much better quality and capabilities than expected. The camera has a bit better pan and tilt than the Logitech and the lens and body seem good quality. The system is very easy to set up and works like a charm. You connect everything to a hub, then turn on the hub's switch. The camera immediately scans the room, panning up and down and almost 360 degrees around to get the video range. Then we connected a computer to the hub and to a large monitor, and set it up to use Tenveo's audio and visual, and we were done. The system clearly pick up sounds and visual from anywhere in the 30' long room and the remote allows us to zoom in and out, pan, rotate, etc. The only thing I felt was missing was a way for the remote to turn the camera on and off, although you can do it from the hub. Note: there are two Tenveo options, one with two extra mics and one without. You can't add mics to the less expensive system because it has different components with only a 3x zoom camera. The other system, which we bought, has the two extra mics and 10x zoom camera. Well worth the extra money.

It was easy to set up; the camera feels a little on the cheap end but does the job, the speaker set has a power button, but the device is indeed not battery powered, it's more a mute button or sleep mode.

We use this setup in a large room with lots of people each week. Everyone can hear us wonderfully online. Best investment we’ve made for our club. Easy setup and works easy with zoom

I purchased this system for my office in order to hold virtual meetings in a larger room. The speaker works well. I use it for 12 people and it is set in the middle of the tables. We are spacing chairs farther apart and it picks everyone up very well. The zoom on the camera doesn’t zoom in a ton but it is a portable camera and it can be moved if needed. The camera quality is great. The system is easy to use and setup. I connect it to the computer and use it in conjunction with a projector. It’s a good bang for your buck overall.

This system works well for Zoom meetings in larger rooms, because it has 2 remote mics and a camera with remote control that swivels and zooms. But, the 6-pin mini DIN cables that connect the camera and control unit to the power unit have very fragile connectors. It is very easy to bend/break the pins when plugging in the cables. Then the camera or sound won't work. Tenveo was unhelpful in trying to replace a cable with broken pin. They sent an irrelevant, unintelligible response to my request to buy a replacement cable. We lost functionality for a couple of weeks, because it was very hard to find a replacement cable.

Bought this conference setup for our small office. The microphone/speaker features have worked well and were simple to setup. But the camera is not working through USB connection to a Mac. Anyone else have this issue? I tried reaching out via phone number provided with the packaging but it no response. We had to use a laptop camera for the first presentation. Too late to return. Hoping writing this review will get some help.

We looked at several products for our conference room needs and most were three to four times the price. This did everything those others did and the quality was the same. Picture and audio quality worked well for everything we are doing.

Bon commençons par le négatif. J'ai eu des difficultés pour faire reconnaître la caméra sur 1 des 3 pc sur lesquelles j'ai testé cette caméra. Et le modèle que j'ai reçu la première fois a un bug très gênant : l'objectif se bloque en position basse au démarrage et/ou si on descend trop bas lors de l'utilisation. Il faut alors le remonter manuellement ce qui interdit un usage plafond par exemple.Du coup retour via Amazon et je vais recommander le même modèle car pour le reste c'est très positif.La qualité d'image est très bonne même en zoom 10x, il y a 2 vitesses pour le zoom, les 9 positions pré-enregistrées fonctionne bien, une fois reconnue la caméra est vue comme une caméra USB sous windows 10. La télécommande est complète avec un récepteur infrarouge devant et derrière le socle.Point d'amélioration, une télécommande radio, un driver permettant de piloter le PTZ de la cam via Windows ou autre os, et pourquoi pas du coup un logiciel pour faire du suivi automatique (visage et/ou voie). Pour l'instant c'est vue comme une simple webcam, aucun zoom possible ni pilotage via l'OS faut passer par la télécommande.Cette caméra est le meilleur rapport qualité prix pour une caméra capable de gérer une assez grande salle pour de la visioconférence (zoom 10x et 9 positions pré-enregistré). J'ai installé un système logitech Rally (j'avais besoin des 7 micros pour couvrir une grande salle), la caméra est comparable sauf que juste 3 positions pour la logitech :-(Attention quand même sur la caméra Tenveo, le moteur pas à pas a l'air assez fragile (CF la première qui était deffectueuse), donc a manipuler avec précaution à l'installation et si possible pour une installation permanente. Si vous comptez la déplacer, garder bien l'emballage qui est bien conçu et qui protège bien la caméra.Edit du 20/05/2021 : la première caméra était bien deffectueuse, j'en ai racheté une nouvelle pour pouvoir continuer à utiliser la première en attendant la seconde livraison. Je l'ai changée et j'ai renvoyé la première via le retour Amazon. Depuis tous fonctionne normalement et je n'ai pas eu de soucis pour installer la nouvelle caméra (j'ai refait le test sur les 3 pc).Par contre j'avais demandé un échange standard en écrivant à Tenveo, mais leur service client m'a répondu que si le bug le gène pas trop j'ai qu'à l'utiliser comme ca !!! Donc ne pas compter de trop sur le support Tenveo, dommage p j'enlève une étoile mais ça mériterait quasiment 2 étoiles en moins... Merci du coup Amazon pour le service de retour qui permet de s'affranchir un peu du mauvais support. J'ai en plus souscrit l'extension de garantie/assurance de 2 ans proposer par Amazon pour éviter de me retrouver coincé face à un support constructeur absent.C'est vraiment dommage car le produit et le meilleur rapport qualité prix que j'ai trouvé actuellement sur Amazon (et ailleurs hors import de chine via marketplace chinoise) pour une bonne caméra capable de filmer une salle assez grande (zoom 10x) pour de la visioconférence.

My home set-up presently satisfies my need however, I've been looking into upgrading the video aspect of my meetings; I've been extremely happy with the microphone aspect because I've been using the AirPods Max every single workday since they've been released.Anyways - let's see just how good the Tenveo VA3000 is in comparison given it's one it's a very expensive conference system, therefore my expectations are high.Set-Up Process:The initial set-up process was a breeze given the instructions are clear, detailed and the equipment connected and synchronized within the first try without any technical issues encountered. Also note during my 4 days of consistent testing and usage, I didn't experience any complications whatsoever.Video Quality:The video quality is noticeably better by a wide margin compared to my $200 Logitech camera I was using prior. The details to the face, expression and clothing are crystal clear without any pixilation detected. Note that you will require a reasonable internet plan to avoid any form of lag and pixilation during your video stream. I had a few colleagues that made positive remarks during some of my meetings about the video clarify: "wow, did you get a new camera?", etc.Microphone:The microphone quality during testing was crystal clear voice clarity given the excellent 6 meter range, noise reduction and removal of echo's from a distance. During testing, you are able to tell if someone is sitting far away at maximum range however, the voice remains clear and understandable.Remote Control:Now the remote control has a significant number of features available and was really well put together given that you can control the zoom functionality from the camera, volume from the speaker, mute, end/accept call and more. The button are responsive and functions immediately acknowledged by the camera/mic/speaker system with no delays.Conclusion:Overall, I've been quite satisfied with the results as the camera/mic offer a best-in-class experience during my Zoom and MS Teams meetings, with outstanding video/microphone/speaker quality, therefore I would recommend given this system can accommodate an 8-10 in-person meeting. I did this at my home office and it's definitely overkill, but if you have the funds available and want the best, you can't go wrong, especially if you're often doing presentations, corporate training, etc. and are constantly leading the meeting. I think having a high quality home office will definitely improve your reputation and career development given that your presentations remain in high quality (video/mic) and improves viewer satisfaction.
