I got the 22G. It is small and subtle - exactly what I was looking for and true to the pictures of the product. I put it in last night, and I've gotten several compliments on it today. It was easy to bend apart to put in and then bend back to continue wearing. They included instructions on how to put it in and how to care for it.Notes: I didn't realize that it was 7mm inner diameter, so it may be slightly small for my nostril. If I were to order again, I might want to get one with a slightly larger diameter. I haven't purchased a hoop before, so I didn't realize that was something to consider. Also, anticipate shipping to take a little longer than other products since it is coming from Israel. My order shipped on 1/17, and I received it 2/2.

This is my first hoop and I wanted something small, thin, and dainty. And that's exactly what I got! Came (2 weeks earlier then expected) with a letter, cute little box and a piece of candy! This was totally a score!

I have ordered several of these hoops (one for my nose and two for my ears) and they're perfect. Tiny and feminine, yet very well made. They've held up extraordinarily well. They arrived sooner than anticipated & came in tiny sparkly boxes with a piece of Israeli candy & a letter from the owners. Great touch. I've purchased several items from this seller and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

It was very cheaply made; bent super easy so lost its shape quite easily

I loved it. Very cute. I got a very small hoop though, so it easily bent. Definitely suggest it. No irritation, easy to put in, and comfortable.

The item was just what I was looking for, petite and delicate.. Unfortunately after a couple days I'm my nose or started to swell, turn red and become warm to the touch. So I took it out of my nose and tried it in my cartilage. Again after a couple of days, the same thing. So I don't know what the material is because I've never had this problem with gold.

These were a bit smaller in diameter than I was expecting, but actually fit very well. My only complaint is that they're open ended, so if the ends aren't perfectly aligned they kind of catch on my skin. It's more irritating than it is painful, but still inconvenient. But they look great, and totally met my expectations.
