i am very conciouzs of my eating habits and portion control. i have been taking the HCA and the recommended Colon Detox together for a littl over two weeks. i have experienced no changes in areas it makes claims to improve. it actually has shown opposite results. bloating and irregular bowel issues and definately no increase in metabolism. personally i a m dissapointed
