PowerBar Performance The Original Energy Bar- Variety Pack, 24ct Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bars

These bars are good and very generally what I was looking for. The only reason I rate them with three stars is they are not "original". They are smaller and are gummier (softer) than the originals. I know because I compared them side by side. I have had a huge stockpile of PowerBars for years and have used them on innumerable occasions. My stockpile is now depleted so I searched for more. These are adequate, but nevertheless a disappointment. They are good bars but I will probably look around for options since as offered they are less that what I had hoped for.

I didn't personally eat these Power Bars. I sent them to my son in Afghanistan. He loved them. Stated they were delicious and filling. So I will give them 5 stars. Handy snack when needed.

There's something wrong with these bars. I buy them in a local store and they are smooth all the way through, but when I tried these they start out smooth and then become like eating sawdust or tough fiber and they tear up my gut. I tried these because the ones I was ordering previously were the same, so I thought I would try a different seller. Now I'm not sure if it was a different seller, but compared to the ones I buy locally there's something seriously wrong with these. I won't be purchasing them again and will throw out rest of my order.
