This was recommended to me by a makeup artist. Its a brilliant eye shadow primer. Does the job.

this primer applies smoothly and thin. Eden color provides enough coverage to even out eyelid color without being heavy. Always apply eyeshadow or setting powder over it, else it can feel gummy over the course of a day. Have hooded eyes and never have any shadow creasing issue. Sometimes use it as undereye concealer.
