excellent structure, if the instructions should be improved, the information should be clearer

Took a long time to install. One plastic beauty piece that installs where the 2 bars connect at front had a screw hole stripped so it wouldn't screw into place. This will work, but I wish there were more roof rail options for the Rav4 Prime.

Good product for a Toyota RAV4. It's a tight fit and seems durable. Less wind noise than with crossbars. Installation takes time, but worth the effort.

Spent 3 hours putting together to discover it was not built square. The back “feet” were not lined up correctly and they were welded on so no way to move them. It was listed it fit the rav 4 xse hybrid, it did not. Not sure if it just doesn’t fit it or if it was defective. Highly disappointed and returned.

Just throw the directions in the trash they are worthless. Very poor translation and you cant understand them. Nothing is labeled, cheap plastic covers and you will strip the plastic covers as the screws are not long enough, so have some super glue ready. Mine fit perfect once i assembly it on the vehicle. Piece by piece i put it together on the Rav4. That was the only way to get it to fit correctly and snug. Its overpriced for what it is but the only roofrack option that doesn't block your sun roof. If i didnt have a sun roof i would have selected something else. The basket is small and theres no rear support bar so theres a large gap that is wasted. Overall just a poorly designed product. Had to return the first one it was damaged when it arrived.

Doesn't fit perfectly on my 2019. It has gaps between the rack and my roof. It didn't come with bolts to attach to the roof. I had to go to home Depot and buy some. It looks beefy, but a little over priced.
