David Bork and his associates are professionals at determining where the business has gone off the rails and putting together a plan that works for your distinct business. Bork has a shorter book with tips for those not familiar with what a family business consultant can do, but this book, Bork's original one, tells the stories that family businesses in trouble can easily relate to and move past the problem to prosperity.

This is a practical, well-organized and easy to follow book that describes the ins and outs of doing business as a family. It is also valuable knowledge one may find quite useful when dealing with a family business. I recommend it highly.
