Used for awhile ,great value

I used to drink a lot of wine, and now I don't. I still drink wine once in awhile, because I enjoy discovering a very good red sometimes, but I can't drink it too late at night or it wakes me up in the middle of the night, or just makes me sleep lightly. All said, this Resveratrol has the good stuff that's in red wine in this capsule. And this does not make me sleep lightly or wake me up in the middle of the night. I take this every morning with my vitamin B-12 and vitamin D3. Bon appeti!
