Just remember that you get what you pay for.
I'm returning them. I have no clue where all these rave reviews came from. These things are no good. But for $20 you can't expect much. The photos make the headphones seem like they're of higher quality, but they really aren't. They look and feel like cheap painted plastic. Set these things down wrong and I'm sure they'll break. And just a little note, the ones I got are more of a rose gold color than gold. The photos don't represent the color very wellI'm not usually one to gripe about packaging, but I just needed to comment on this. When you open your unbelievably light Amazon box, you're greeted with a sealed zip-top bag containing the headphones. That's it. No box. No paperwork. Nothing. Just the headphones.Anyway, on to the actual stuff you're probably wondering about:As far as sound quality, these could be sooooo much better. I have some bluetooth headphones I got for just $40 that perform much better than these. These headphones don't really provide a great "stereo" experience. The sound seems to come directly out of the middle of the ear cup and not out of the whole thing. I'm assuming those GIANT ear cups are housing some tiny drivers. No low end bass to be detected, and mids and highs almost have a tinny sound to them. The sound reminds me of the old headphones that used to come with cheap CD players and Walkman devices. I guess you could say that it's not a FULL sound. These headphones have a volume wheel on the left ear. But with that maxed out, my computer volume maxed, and iTunes volume maxed, it was at a comfortable volume. I wouldn't even call it loud. I don't like to deafen myself with my music and games, but it is nice knowing that I have more volume available if I need it.I tested the microphone out briefly. It's not the greatest sounding mic I've ever heard, but it does sound better than the built in mic on my laptop. I did notice, though, that the music I was listening to at the same time was clearly audible behind the voice being recorded. That's a turn off for me, as well. They ARE comfortable, and the cord IS nice and long, and they have built in RGB LEDs (that just cycle colors with no controller), but that's not enough for me to want to continue to use them. As I mentioned, I will be returning them, and I shouldn't expect too much from $20 headphones, but all of the reviews made these seem like they're too great to pass up. I was sadly mistaken.

Buy something better
The headset works, but the whole thing is made from what feels like cheap plastic. The only adjustment that can be made is the strap on top to keep in contact with the top of your head. There is no way to adjust its width to stay against your ears, so (for me at least) it doesn't stay on well enough and doesn't block out sound like over-ear headphones should. I haven't tried using the microphone but I don't have high hopes for it.I know you get what you pay for, but I wouldn't recommend buying this. It is not worth it, just spend a little more on better headphones that you will be happier with.

good sound quality
good sound quality, not always easy to set up (my laptop has trouble recognizing "what" it is). had to buy an adapter for the split cord too. Comfy and I like the LED in the side.

Plastic Headset, Fantastic Quality
I've had these headphones for a year now and they're fantastic. Yes, they're made of plastic, but the cheap materials don't change the quality. Microphone can pick up sounds from across the house (I get yelled at in PS4 parties sometimes because they can hear a bag of chips rustling across the room). Having the volume controls behind the ear can sometimes lead to the volume adjusting when leaning back, but it's a nice place for it unlike other headsets that have cheap plastic pieces on the wire that breaks. The wire is extremely long and sturdy. I've thrown this headset quite a few times out of rage/fear over the year and the plastic is still just fine. The surround sound on it is also great- I can hear enemies from a mile away and know exactly where they're coming from. The only issues I've ever had with it were because of the splitter being used at the time.

Good for gaming, not for business
I bought it for use at work. Giving the rating due to the microphone. It didn't work for phone calls. Otherwise the headset was comfortable. I returned it and bought a logitech headset instead

no usb plug for laptop I did not realize the headset did not come with that accommodation, O
no usb plug for laptop too expensive to return.. This company does everything it can to fix problems. Will definitely buy more from them. The headset sound is good, ease of set up for me required an adaptor.
