This Kit is great. It's gives you a full body workout in the comfort of your own home. I bought 2 for me and my aunt. We've used it everyday since it was delivered. I can feel the burn by the 8th rep. It's easy to use and it has perfect weight tension. It's easy to do most of the exercises on the paper it comes with. The bands give it the perfect flexibility for each exercise. This Is the best homeworkout kit ever. Highly recommend.

I’ve been wanting to try a Pilates style workout for a while now, but wasn’t interested in dropping $200 plus a month at a Pilates bar. I’ve been looking for another form of workout(s) to supplement my existing eeekly routine to mix it up a bit and help me zone in on losing more inches. So why not try one of these bars??!!!! This workout bar is worth the purchase. It seems durable so far. It’s easy to assemble. It’s easy to adjust the length of the bands to get the best resistance for each exercise. The workout poster helps get right into a workout without having to search for a routine online. There is a QR code to access video workouts and information about the product on the workout poster but I haven’t looked into that yet. To help with this review too, I had weight loss surgery 14 mos ago with pretty consistent exercise the last month so I don’t have a history of being an exercise junkie. I’d have to say though - this Pilates bar is something anyone of any fitness level can do and definitely will benefit from. It will get you sweating and heart rate will reach 100+ on quite a few exercises so you’ll feel it but you set it with the resistance based on the three different bands and length of the bands. I’m feeling like this workout bar is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help replace some of the mundane stretches and exercises I’ve been looking at. I even bought once already for my daughter to help her get more active and trim down her mommy tummy. We’re both pretty excited to see what our results might be!

I ordered this a second time as a gift because it comes with so much for an awesome price! However, I wish that Amazon carriers would handle the packages with a bit more care. It is evident that my product was dropped and/or thrown around. There is damage to one of the corners of the box and the box as a whole looks a bit disheveled. Your carriers need to do better Amazon!!!

This has everything you need to learn Pilates. Was a good buy to make getting back in shape easier after 60 or at any age it is easy on joints one step at a time to keep in shape along with Tia Chi, and yoga chair exercises, and wall exercises to make it a variety. Makes it much more fun to take control of one's body.

I don’t know. The equipment seems decent. The poster and accompanying QR code are NOT helpful. The QR links poorly to an incomplete YouTube page. Personally, to avoid injury, I was hoping for clearer guidance and that is not available here. Thinking on a return for a subscription based product which I thought I was avoiding based on the reviews I had read here because who wants another subscription. I do not feel this is good for beginners without more detail on the exercises, too high a risk for injury from incorrect form.

Bought this kit for a freind..she does home workouts..Works really good. Love all the different exercises you can do. She does zoom workouts with a trainer. Elite Wellness Training.

Optisch gefällt es mir sehr gut. So macht das Training gleich noch mehr Spaß. Auch die Fußschlaufen sind weit genug für meine Beine! Sollten die Bänder eines Tages porös werden - ich würde es wieder kaufen.
