I’ve been taking this product for about a week, and the improvement in my knees and ankles is unbelievable. I had knee surgery 35 years ago for torn cartilage, and since then I’ve had pain, stiffness, and swelling. I’ve tried many different products and treatments to no avail: the condition of my legs and feet steadily worsened over the years. For the past few months, I’ve had to use a cane during the early morning hours and to get up from chairs...and I’m only in my sixties. Worked great for me. Helped in healing my shoulder along with stretching, exercise and taking Ayurvedic Boswellia. Doctors said I would need surgery. NO. If your interested in long term benefits and preserving what you have in your joints I recommend this product highly. Even if you have no injury, its a great thing to do for yourself. Beats having to possibly have replacement surgery later. My x-ray showed calcification deposits. I did not injure it, this problem just showed up one day. I could not sleep, had nerve pinched could not do anything normally. It was horrible. I was having to use ice packs twice a day. It was no minor thing and it went on for over 6 months intense pain without taking some kind of OC inflammatory. The inflammation was causing the pain and the healing was caused by this product, which as you know eliminates the pain because the problem is solved. Its not going to happen over night, do not expect that. Be persistent and stretch!

I like everything about the product because it contains all the ingredients needed for the purpose. Some other products that I review have some but not all of them. Maybe there are some other products that are good for the bones; but another reason I like this, is because I tried other products of Natural Factors, like the Garlic and they are OK. The only thing of this product that does not contain is flavor. They are really flavorless, but I answer the question about flavor positively, because I did not find any other option.

When you are 75 and full of arthritis these pills seem to help. They are not a cure but good for your body to keep you moving.
