I have tried several of the recipes and they are all good. Although it is not labeled as a "Paleo" book, a lot of the recipes are Paleo. Several of the ingredients Christine uses are ingredients that I can't use based on dietary restrictions or preferences, but, as Christine says at the beginning of the book, the recipes can be easily adapted. If you follow her recipes exactly, you won't be disappointed, but you can also use them as an inspirational launchpad. Also, as with everything Christine does, the pictures in this book are beautiful. I live in Texas where summers can be pretty brutal and I just want to eat a lot of ice cream. Because of dietary concerns, that can be difficult, so Christine's book is timely and greatly appreciated.

The recipes in these pages have added so much sweetness to my summer and impressed all of my friends
First of all, this is the most gorgeous book on my shelf, but it is on the inside where all the (delicious) magic lives. The recipes in these pages have added so much sweetness to my summer and impressed all of my friends, including my stubborn mother who associates desserts with unhealthy amounts of butter and refined white sugar. This is the perfect book for introducing a friend to a Icy, Creamy, Healthy, Sweet lifestyle, and Christine's recipes offer health conscious desserts that don't leave you craving the traditional sugar packed sweets that we are used to.Oh, and don't forget to keep this book on your shelf all winter, because warm almond coconut chocolate chip cookies are a staple all year round!

Great Frozen Treat Cookbook!
This is a great cookbook for frozen treats made with healthy ingredients. It is full of beautiful photographs, clear and concise directions. So far we have tried -and enjoyed- the frozen yogurt bark and the frozen banana bites. I look forward to trying all of the creative recipes in this book this summer!

Must have!
This book is amazing! Checked it out from the library and loved it so much I bought it. Recipes are delicious and I love that I have healthy sweet treats to give my son. I also love the dairy free options which we've made as well. Good for when friends with food allergies come to play.

Totally Awesome Kid Friendly Treats
This is one of my favorite cookbooks! I made several of the popsicles this summer with my great-nephew. He loves to page through the book and choose our next kitchen project. These recipes were all great, but our absolute favorite is the Strawberry and basil! Thank you, Christine, for your great recipes!

Some good recipes but not so useful for those with food allergies or looking to eat low fat
I bought this book as my granddaughter has dairy and egg allergies and I wanted to make ice cream for her to enjoy. However as all the ice cream recipes use coconut and nut products and she is also allergic to coconut and nuts, none of the ice cream recipes in this book are suitable for her. There are lots of slushy and popsicle recipes, but they are mostly just frozen fruit purées for which I don’t need a recipe. There are some interesting ideas for combining flavours which I hadn’t thought of, which rescued the book from being sent straight back to Amazon. The writer also uses arrowroot as a thickener in all the ice cream recipes, which I do not routinely cook with and don’t have in my store cupboard.I will definitely try out some of the recipes. I am happy to use dairy products but try to eat low fat, which is another thing I was hoping the book would help with. The extensive use of nut cream and coconut cream means that these healthy recipes are full of goodness but still high fat.I was disappointed that the book doesn’t show me how to make dairy and nut free ice cream, but to be fair it only claims to have healthy dairy free recipes which wasn’t all I was looking for.

Sweet book
It is a lovely little book with beautiful pictures and step by step instructions. I dislike that everything is in pounds and cups instead of deciliters and liters but that is a small minus.
