Used it for cookie dough and waffles. Was clean and surprisingly had no sugar alcohol aftertaste. Careful with the measurements, it can make the recipe taste very sweet.

This is not the Best Tasting Organic Erythritol I've had to be honest. But I'm not sure why that's the case?I wonder from where and what the product is generated from. I believe the base for Erythritol was corn, but I've also heard of it being made from Pears (which sounds really good). Anyway, this brand didn't taste as good to me when compared to the British brand Pink Sun and others.

The media could not be loaded.  Did not use, product was unsealed and open. Given that this is a good product, I’m not willing to “risk it” by using the product. Amazon refunded purchase.
