It works but have my doubts.
Use it on my wire harness in my car, however the quality is low and not what I expected. Not even close to what was already used in my car. Only time will tell.

Flame resistant means what?
I put fire directly and it was flamed. I think it is use to protect the wires flaming. Correct me if im wrong.

I've bought a few rolls of this now. I have kids and kids hate charge cables. I started using this fabric auto tape to mend chargers, and it works great. I use it proactively now around the cord ends that plug into devices, it holds up great to kids wear and tear, and its great for patching up cords if they do end up breaking.

Used this with some fiberglass heat resistant wire loom and it basically looks factory. It’s been a couple thousand miles and the tape and loom are holding up nicely this far.
