First of all there are no installation instructions. None. Just a couple of pictures on the box. Quality wise it's a piece of junk and ripped easily. You have velcro and flat head thumb tacks to put it up with. Which are supposed to go where and how?! Good question. After nearly 2 hours of trying to get it right I had to give up. There as just no way to get it hung right so that it would keep out the bugs. In the end I was left with a pile of rubbish and an entire doorframe that needs repainting since when removed, the velcro tore off the paint with it.And the best yet is that although I followed the appropriate process for returning an item and was issued a pre-paid return label as I have had to do in order to return items in the past with no problems. Just to add insult to injury for some reason Amazon decided that they were not going to pay for the return shipping after all and when I got the notification that my return had been received it showed the refund was only for $11.50.Refund subtotal: $24.33Return shipping: -$12.83Refund for this return: $11.50Talk about a total bummer of a deal. Definitely worth the money! We installed this in about ten minutes and have used it now for five days. We open the back door and our dogs are able to go in and out without us having to "let them out every time they want outside." No way bugs or insects can get inside. The magnets work great and I wondered how effective they would be. I wish I had invented this product because it's that good.The product quality and packaging are very nice. No issues whatsoever. Easy to install. I unpacked the box. Applied the velcro strips and that's that. I noticed the stickiness of the adhesive on the backs of the velcro strips weren't adhering the way I would have liked because it's super humid where we live, but the folks at Eezy Breezy thought of that and included a box of small tacks to push into the door frame for extra support.Couldn't be happier! Totally recommend this product.

It falls apart and the Velcro doesn't stick to door or the fabric. I had to staple the Velcro to the fabric netting to even get it to stay up. Totally disappointed.

It even works with 2 busy large pups.

the mesh material this is made of tears soooo easily. mine is completely broken and it didnt even survive the whole summer. the magnets also ripped off from normal use. this needs to be made with stronger material!
