Excellent resource
Zsange presents an outpouring of script-nuggets for the practiced PLR therapist, and touches on so many brilliant concepts in this text. It is a book filled with rabbit holes, and I wish you joy and wellness in falling down each of them with your patients!

Goosebumps
This book gives me goosebumps. I want to learn to help my hypnosis clients the way Kemila helps hers.

A Contribution for Those Preparing to Do Past-life Regressions
I liked Kemila Zsange’s book fairly well, but I’ve read other books on past life regression that, to me, were more enlightening. This will be a brief review, but I want to quote a couple of passages from the beginning of the book.On page 10, I find the following observations:“Not only my clients, but I also don’t know if I ‘believe’ in reincarnation. For me, reincarnation is just a word, an idea, a concept, a label; the definition of it may not fully describe the true reality….”Doing past-life regressions without believing in the reality of reincarnation, seems, to me, incoherent.I also quote from page 11 as follows:“Reincarnation is not technically a correct term as time does not exist---Everything is here and now, but it is real for the experience, just like the sunset.”To me, this is too close to “word salad” —it has no coherent meaning to me. I believe that events are real, change is real, and those changes can be properly said to occur in time. Admittedly, this is a deep and heavy topic, but I seek coherence and meaning in my thinking and writing.Overall, I conclude that, for me, this book was well worth reading. The book is, of course, written for preparation toward doing past-life regression, which is certainly not my reason for reading it. But it was worthwhile.

One of the best 'how to" books on PLR
As a practicing past life regression therapist, I highly recommend this book to practitioners - it has lots of scripts and guidance on conducting sessions. This is more of a manual for therapists than the "general public" book, though it has some interesting to read cases.

Great ideas, well organized
This book doesn't put a lot of unnecessary fluff in it, which I like. It's everything past life regression and to the point and points out various scenarios of what can occur and 'what-if's' for things that don't go as planned. There's some script in it too. If you've done this type of hypnosis, lots of things go unplanned in these types of sessions. As a hypnotherapist, past life regression is becoming one of my most popular and requested sessions. She has good little ideas throughout the book too so this was well worth it. Not quite finished, but this is great so far! I've already applied some stuff to my sessions.
