Good product works as it should

I’ve been doing coffee enemas since 2015, but only this year (2023) did I learn about adding potassium salts to the coffee so it’s less depleting for minerals. I definitely feel the difference-more normal energy afterwards instead of feeling shaky or fatigued. I add 1 tsp of powder to 32 oz brewed enema coffee-game changer!

Unless I use more than the recommended amount in the Gerson book, which is 2 tsp of the diluted solution I don't notice it helping at all. I find that using a little high quality molasses (less than a teaspoon) instead works better for me and gives my body needed minerals.
