I'm giving this a high rating because apparently the product works. I always like the glycinate chelater because of its high absorption and effectiveness.But in my case, I'm already copper deficient, And just two days on this product was devastating. I had bone crushing fatigue, brain fog, and extreme depression. I stopped all supplements for a day and then finally started again with magnesium and copper, and am beginning to come out of it.Know what you're doing and be careful. start low.

I have consistently taken molybdenum for some time, small doses. The brand I previously used is no longer available. I used to cut the tabs in half and take a half tab on M, W, & F. This tablet cannot be cut and disintegrates quickly in the mouth. This is a larger tablet, so for persons who have difficulties swallowing tablets, this might be a good thing?

This product says it’s gluten free. But within an hour of my ingesting it, I knew it was not.Anyone with celiac, be aware!They also don’t take returns.I’m sure if you don’t have celiac, this product is fine. But I have to pay the consequences for the next two weeks. And I don’t want anyone else have to go through the same.

It doesn’t work.Don’t waste your money!!
