This is perfect for my sourdough ryebread which needs turning and kneading but is sticky and soft. I can fold over the dough with one hand and then flip the whole batch 90 degrees with the scraper. It is re-enforced in the centre for extra support. Washes easily under the tap. Looks like it will last forever.

This is a good dough scraper. It’s not as flexible as I’d hoped but that was my fault for not realising that silicone would need something more rigid behind it. It is shaped really well! It get all of the dough out of the curve if the bowl. I feel it cleans well and will wear well. It could be a brighter orange 😃

I didn't realise how useful this would be until I started using it. Now I wouldn't be without it. It's perfect for mixing, scraping and cutting dough - it has greatly simplified my pizza making. I firstly use this to mix my dough in a bowl. The curved side works well to scrape the mixture from the sides of the bowl, and is sturdy enough to mix the ingredients together if you don't want to get your hands all gooey and mix by hand. Once my dough is mixed I then use it to scrape it out on to the surface for kneading. The straight side of the dough scraper works perfectly for scraping the dough up from the surface if the dough gets too sticky. Once I have bulk fermented my dough, I use the bevelled edge to cut my dough into chunks. Then I can use the flat side of the dough scraper to help create tension in my dough to shape into balls - it works well to tuck the sides of the dough into itself with the edge of the scraper. Finally once my pizza balls are ready I use it again to lift my dough balls out of my proving tray. All in all it has become an integral part of my pizza dough making work flow. If you make a lot of dough by hand, buy one - you won't regret it!

I love this dough scraper. It is really good at mixing dough, scraping dough out of the bowl and excellent at mixing cake mix. Wouldn’t be without it.

Delivery was fine. Not quite what I expected, it's ok but not very flexible so difficult to scrape a bowl round. I wouldn't but again.

Works well

Nice big dough scrapper. It's strong enough to lift the dough and can really get to curves of the bowl. It's very useful, I wish I had known about it earlier.It was packaged well and came quickly. There was no smell to the silicone.
