I've been on multiple meds for over 40 years and this is the very best pill organizer I've ever come across! The holder itself takes up little countertop space compared to a flat organizer. It is modern looking, colorful and quite frankly doesn't look like what it is, so I don't mind leaving it out. It has plenty of room for all my vitamins, including my fish oil. It is so easy to fill, no messing with those flip-tops being in the way (an absolute godsend to the arthritic among us). The day is written on the colored part of the individual pill holder and the clear sleeve easily pulls completely off so it's out of the way while filling. The clear top slides smoothly and there are slight indent after each compartment to hold it in place while you "dump" the pills into your hand.Each day you pull the pills for the day out of the bottom, take your meds, then you can either throw them in your pocket (like I do), or you can set it inside the rimmed area on top of the container. At the end of the day you glide it into the top and you're done.

This isn't a bad idea, but in practice it leaves a lot to be desired. As another reviewer pointed out, it seems like the thing was designed original to be oriented the other way, and other similar models come with rubber feet that sttach where the 'top' of this one would be.The Good:* Slide off covers seem better than the snap lids for durability. But see below for single-hand use.* Very efficient size for table/counterspace.The Ok:* At first it seemed like there is no easy way to tell when a per day box is empty, but I realized you can insert it the opposite way when done, so the day label is hidden, and use that to know how many days of pills you have before you run out, though this takes a bit of effort to turn into a habit.* Be aware that it would be difficult to use this with a single hand. Opening the per day boxes with one hand, while possible, isn't very user friendly and using it with one hand would easily lead to spills. An older person with manipulation issues might be better suited with a flip top solution.The Not Great:* As mentioned, upside down feeling, where the part of the stack holder that has two holes, one for pushing and one for pulling is at the top, not the bottom where you need it, because all of the other pill boxes are weighing on top of it.* Compartments are too small, especially the most used ones on the rounded ends. Would be better to have adjustable/removable dividers if all you need is 2-3 a day.* The stacking design like this limits your access to the per day containers so it a bit more onerous to say add/remove a pill from days going forward if your regimen changes.* Lettering is hard to read on most colors, black on dark colors.* Have to manually sort the per day holders each time. General issue with this type of stacking container, I am realizing now. Horizontal might fix this.* It feels like the upside down top section should hold the current days pills in place, but it doesn't; they fall off at the slightest touch anyway because it is smooth plastic and the per day holder has rounded edges.The Ugly:* Top heavy. Any slight knock or mishandle and this thing knocks over. I am now leaning towards getting a horizontal 'stack' organizer versus vertical because of this. A wider attachment at the base and/or weights would really help this.

I had been using the containers with two compartments in them to carry during the day and another container for my morning and night medications. On at least two occasions I found myself without my morning and or night medications when I had unplanned extended stays while away. I ordered these and they are thinner and just a bit longer than the ones I used to carry in my pocket but these fit comfortably in my pocket and/or purse and I have ALL my medications with me every day with no fear of what time I need to get home. They are sturdy, easy to fill and very easy to use.

Perfect for anyone who takes daily meds and forgets if they took it already or not!It has 4 compartments for each day, which I use for each day of week for the month rather than multiple times a day… so one “Monday” has 4 compartments that I use for Monday week 1, Monday week 2… etcAlso, I really like that it slides open but “clicks” and stops at each compartment, so you can reveal each small compartment one at a time. So it won’t just freely slide open all at once on accident

I recently had a heart valve replaced and I'm on a routine of 11 meds a day. I've been searching for an easy to use pill organizer for the last couple of years. There are many options available and the biggest challenge is reloading the meds in the pill organizer.Key features:1) Very easy to reload. The top cover comes off completely. When I reload, I simply remove the top covers for the daily container and load the meds. No attached flaps to get in the way of reloading.2) Easy to see which daily container is empty. I simply put empty containers in backwards, thus I don't see the day of the week in main holder.3) Big daily compartments. No need to squeeze big fish oil pills and each pill is clearly visible.4) Easy for traveling. I simply take the number of days I'll need and put them in my backpack.I purchased two of them so I can have two weeks at a time loaded. I'll be purchasing another two of them so I can have 4 weeks at a time loaded.This pill organizer is perfect.

Doet wat het moet doen. Alles zit netjes bij elkaar en de 4 vakjes zijn ook handig.

I love this design and it is easy packaging to take around. Only negative is that it is listed with the days of the week and found that one of the packets had two Saturdays and missed the Thursday

Days of the week are rubbing off and it's only been in use a few weeks. My husband takes a lot of tablets every day and they all fit in. Although if you are using it for vitamins which are usually much larger, you might have trouble fitting them all in.All in all, I would recommend it
