These panels are good for what they cost.They are mainly for looks and a little sound absorption.Cancellation is not really there, but you have to remember that is not what these are for.For the price, they make sense, and look good from a cosmetic view.No Adhesive is included, I had to purchase this separately which I would also recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  So of course people say these don't inflate or they have issues or whatever, I've been a sound engineer and a gamer/streamer for years now and these are great value look amazing and work a treat for the budget. You just need to have a little care when using these and use your noggin to get it to work properly it even has instructions in the pack that tell you to do this, so it can be a pain to re inflate after being vaccum sealed. So that's why I've attached a video with proof and how to get these to re inflate quickly and go to the shape you want to see. No I'm not sponsored or being paid to write this just giving some insider knowledge and a little tip so you all don't have to look around for a product that might not work or not look as good when this one works. These are foot square foam tiles. They are delivered compressed so do need to be unwrapped and left to expand.Used adhesive spray and easy enough to align. The only problem was any stretching to fill in the odd gap shrunk back, so bit more care required!Used an an awkward shaped room used for home recording and so put on two sides and used curtains and a screen with a duvet for the other side and it is now noticeably dead on entering the carpeted rooms.

Recommended to use adhesive spray and backing board, all other attempts fell off the wall. But the panels themselves are great

This is not acoustic foam. its regular cheap open cell foam that does next to nothing to absorbed sound.
