The end product was white as expected..but the dough did not rise..even with yeast.

Great mixed flour for my chinese steamed buns. I followed the directions on the package and my buns turned out soft and moist. Will be reordering soon. Good price & Fast shipping. Highly recommended.

Tried three times and the result was rubber
This mixture is probably lacking yeast. But it was just a total failure three times. I threw out six bags.
