For the right hand, this works for the 4th and 5th Metacarpals. If you need this item for the left hand, you'll be utilizing this for the 1st and 2nd Metacarpals. Luckily needed the right hand for the 4th and 5th carpal break. Durability is great but enough stability for correction. Much mire comfortable than the break and swelling. Velcro is adjustable to allow for the swelling as well as non swelling. Great value over the potential surgery needed. I can make a fist again after 17 days, without discomfort!

GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE PINKY SIDE, WHERE I NEEDED IT, BUT, WOULD HAVE LIKED MORE SUPPORT ON THE PALM (LEFT HANDED, BACK SIDE FOR RIGHT HAND USE) SIDE AND THUMB . IT WILL WORK FINE FOR THE BOXER FRACTURE, JUST FYI. FEELS WELL MADE, COMFORTABLE ENOUGH.

I had one that restricted my hand so much I could not move. My hand is extremely swollen and bruised and only my little finger was broken in one spot, so this is a great brace, I have healed so much because of limited restriction, allowing movement.

The small/medium is not for short people. I'm 5'4" so not extremely short but the top is about an inch too long. My pinky and ring finger kept sliding out of the top strap regardless of how tight I made everything. Will be returning.

Provided great support and was really comfortable during the healing process

This product is terrible! I try to use it for a week, but the pain was getting worst. Uncomfortable the edges cut my skin. Also, the space btw wrist and fingers is too long. It’s useless for keeping fingers together. It seems that o got one for ET fingers. Sorry guys.

My daughter tore her pinkie tendon which required surgery. This helps stablizes the finger. Its as comfortable as can be considering the severe injury.
